Shipping Information

At Babyproducten, we understand how exciting it is to receive your baby products quickly and safely. That’s why we offer two reliable shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: €12.95
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Minimum Order: €50 or more
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Please note that customs procedures may apply for international shipments, which could affect delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and exchange policy.

Key Return Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your invoice or receipt must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • BATHCARE products (hygiene items)
  • BABY CARRIERS and CAR SEATS (safety items)
  • Personalized or custom-made items from the ARTS & CRAFTS category
  • Opened packages of BEDDING & ROOM DECOR items

4-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Subject: Retouraanvraag – Bestelnummer [YOUR ORDER NUMBER]
  • Email Body: Include:
    • Your name and contact information
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred solution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you return approval with shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Item Back

Carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship to:

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Babyproducten is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchanged item.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • Method: Refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Information

To exchange an item:

  • Follow the same return process described above
  • Clearly state in your email which product you’d like instead
  • If there’s a price difference, we’ll contact you to arrange payment
